Order History

Order History keeps all your past orders in one place, giving you a clear view of what you’ve bought, the status of each order, and the ability to quickly reorder items when needed. It’s designed to save time and make managing your orders simple.

How to use it

  1. Open Order History
    Go to your account and select Order History to see a list of all your past orders.

  2. Search and filter

    • Use the search bar to find orders by order number, customer, product, or SKU. Partial matches work too.

    • Apply filters to narrow results by date range, order status, payment method, or delivery details.

    • Sort results by clicking column headers like date or order number.

  3. Review Order Details
    Click an order to see:

    • All products with quantities and pricing

    • Delivery address and shipping method

    • Payment method and order references

    • Updates or activity timeline (if available)

  4. Track Order Status

    • Check the status column for a quick update (e.g., Pending, Processing, Completed, or Cancelled)

    • Open an order for more detailed progress or payment status

  5. Reorder items
    Add the same products back to your cart directly from a past order, saving time on repeat purchases.
