Reports give you a clear view of your ordering activity, letting you analyse trends, track spend, and make smarter purchasing decisions.

Reports give you visibility over your ordering patterns:

  • Track what’s being ordered most often

  • Monitor spend and budget compliance

  • Spot trends and plan future purchases

  • Keep an accurate record for accounting or auditing purposes

How to use it

  1. Go to Reports
    Open your account and select Reports.

  2. Choose a report type
    Depending on your setup, you may see options for:

    • Order summaries

    • Product-level reports

    • Spend by date or category

  3. Apply filters
    Narrow the data by date range, product type, location, or other available criteria.

  4. Generate the report
    View your results on-screen or download them for further analysis.

  5. Export if needed
    Save reports as CSV or PDF files to share with your team or keep for records.
